Once again, another day of no creating. I am starting to go into withdrawl...LOL!!! I promise I will have something new up by the end of the weekend. Things have been busy with the end of the school year and gearing up for summer!

Personalized Note Cards

 
 

I have not gotten a chance to create anything today either - sigh :-( - so I thought I would share with you some note cards I am addicted to making as gifts. I make 8 and put them in the clear boxes w/ matching envelopes and tie black & white polka dot ribbon around the box. I made them as Mother's Day gifts and end of the year teacher gifts. Everyone loved them! I used the Paper Trey Ink stamp set to make the flowers. It is kind of hard to see but the centers are of the polka dots. I printed the top portion with my computer printer and then tore the sides of the white cardstock and then mounted it on the matching colored cardstock as the petals of the flowers. I wish I had a box set to show you, but I will take a picture the next time I make them.

I have not had a chance today to create anything, so I thought I would share Anna's creation. They made these t-shirts today at school to wear on Friday for field day. They are going to be Miss Linn's Lion Cubs!

Birthday Card for my Mom!

 

This is a birthday card that I made for my Mom. She is having a beach house built, so I thought it was appropriate. (This card was CASED from SCS, but I can't remember who the original designer was - sorry).

First Blog Ever!!!

So I have been reading and looking at others blogs for awhile now and thought I would start my own over this holiday weekend, since I had some extra time on my hands :-). I have an obsession with scrapbooking & card making. So I thought this would be a great place to share some of my artwork with you. And maybe a few pics of my two pink fairies, hence the name of my Blog! They too are my obsession and greatest creation in life. So you also may get to hear me vent about my full-time job every now and then too...LOL!!!
